Ladakh

Dha-Hanu

Nubra Valley
Nubra Valley is also called as the valley of flowers and amazingly positioned at an altitude of about 10000 ft. The world's highest road ('Khardong la' at 18,380 ft, double hump camels, the villages of Trith, Sumur, Tegar (Samstangling Monastery ) and Panamik (hot springs) make it one of the hot tourist spots.

Zanskar
Zanskar lures people for its elevated ranges, fine Gompas and generous people. It has turned out to be a trendy spot for adventurous treks.

Suru Valley
The Suru Valley is a striking region of Ladakh and gets immensely pleasing in spring. The valley also tempts visitors for its rising and falling alpine meadows speckled by way of untamed flowers, groves of poplars and willows.

How to Reach Ladakh

Reaching Ladakh is easy as facilities are good to take one to the place.

Air: Indian Airlines arranges regular flight from Delhi to Ladakh and from Chandigarh to Leh, as tourists typically have a preference to travel here by air.

Road: The Manali-Leh road serves as the main land approach to Ladakh as gets to see the traffic from mid-June to early October.

Shopping in Ladakh

Shopping in Ladakh will be a good experience. Shops here put up for sale a range of curios, handicrafts and Tibetan and Indian antiques. All the items are crafted and manned by aggressive Kashmiri merchants fervent to make a sell.
